  • Generations are provided instantly upon submission.
  • Outputs include names, aliases, backstories, and visual descriptors powered by proprietary algorithms.
  • Free tier available with limited daily generations; premium subscriptions unlock unlimited access and advanced features.
  • All generations are original outputs from our AI systems and intended solely for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Note that while names generated by the Service are for your use, you are responsible for verifying that they do not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property rights. We do not perform trademark searches or guarantee uniqueness beyond our algorithmic diversity.

User Accounts and Registration

  • By submitting Inputs, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and process them solely to provide the Service.
  • Do not submit Inputs that violate laws, third-party rights, or contain harmful material.

We employ safeguards to prevent abusive Inputs, but you are solely responsible for the Outputs generated from your Inputs.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Using the Service to generate content for illegal purposes, such as fraud, harassment, or defamation.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or proprietary technology.
  • Overloading, disrupting, or interfering with the Service through automated means like bots or scripts.
  • Impersonating others or submitting false information to obtain Outputs.
  • Reselling Outputs without adding substantial value or proper attribution where required.
  • Using Outputs in ways that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all AI models, software, designs, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You receive no ownership rights beyond the license to use Outputs as described.
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without written permission.
  • Any feedback you provide regarding the Service becomes our property without compensation.
  • Infringing our rights will lead to termination and potential claims for damages.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or link to third-party sites or services, such as payment processors or analytics tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

  • Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

  • No liability for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss.
  • This applies regardless of negligence or foreseeability.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; check local laws.

You use the Service voluntarily, assuming all risks.

Indemnification
